  • The frequency divider for 32

    The frequency divider for 32, operating in a range of frequencies 8-18 GHz is considered. The specifics of the schematic diagram is shown. The design and element base is described in short. The model is made and its experimental research is carried out. The technique and the block diagram of the experiment is described. Level of harmonics of an output signal is measured. For decrease of level of harmonics of the useful signal the low-pass filter of type SALF-580 is used. Presence of a parasitic output signal in the absence of an input signal is revelead.

  • Realization and experimental study of a dielectric cylindrical SHF waveguide

    Results of realization of a cylindrical dielectric wave guide of the SHF oven of range with the entered periodic not uniformity are presented in article. Besides the question of a research of influence of phase shift on the characteristic of a dielectric wave guide, and also dependence of change of characteristics on the provision of polarization of the field is brought up.

  • Analysis of the characteristics of a controlled frequency-selective surface in the microwave range

    The article examines the relevance of the study of new coatings, with the possibility of controlling their characteristics. At the beginning of the article, we review the available methods for creating frequency-selective surfaces. Next, the created controlled frequency-selective surfaces are considered. The same is said about the construction of the created surfaces. At the end of the article, an analysis is made of the results obtained on the study of controlled frequency-selective surfaces, a comparison with previously obtained results.

  • Control of distributed underwater robot systems using reference adaptive model

    This paper presents an approach to organize the group control underwater vehicles based on multi-loop adaptation algorithm of position-trajectory control system of moving object, with the estimating unmeasured parameters, reference model and contour that ensure astatism 2nd order. Estimation of unmeasured disturbances on the top control level as part of the reference model, which allows for highly accurate positioning of the final master AUV in the target point specified as a parameter to the reference model. The application of the developed algorithm expedient in control systems of moving objects group, where a single object from the leading group, and its parameters are used as the parameters of the reference model. The leading mobile object control system uses an adaptive control system with disturbance estimation. The control systems of the slave moving objects using positional-trajectory control system astatism second order, thereby providing high-precision tracking of the movement of the reference mobile object.

  • Means of the analysis and detection of regularities of information streams in logistics of manufacturing enterprise

    The solution on integration of multipass imitating models and the analysis of data in the field of logistics of manufacturing enterprise is proposed. The technology of logistic management on the basis of multipass imitating models will allow to automate management process by design of structure of logistic network of manufacturing enterprise. Demand forecasting, drawing up plans, control of processes in logistic network, expeditious decision-making, will be provided by system of data mining. The developed technology of detection of regularities of information streams in logistics of manufacturing enterprise will help to realize problems of increase in efficiency of functioning by granting means of the analysis of changes in logistic network and in a market environment, and also means of adaptive planning and coordination of processes for all participants of logistic process.

  • Affective components of attitudes of students in relation to the intrapersonal conflicts Part II

    The article discusses research methodology of intrapersonal conflict by using the affective component of appropriate social attitudes. We analyze three kinds of internal contradictions. Which are classified by K. Levin as the conflict of ""Desire-Commitment"", ""Avoidance-Avoidance"" and ""Commitment-Avoidance"". They are all connected with a choice of appropriate object or action (equal or different valences) of the two equally probable. The affective component of perception of such internal contradictions is determined by the technology of semantic differential on the basis of the survey conducted at the end of 2016 among students DSTU. For the interpretation of the results used the previously developed technique. The distribution functions of the emotional perception of those conflicts are described in article. Which were calculated as in the linear approximation and a nonlinear lookup psychosemantic model. It is obtained that the average affective perception of the studied conflicts neutral or close to that. But the researched audience is very heterogeneous in its emotional attitude to such conflicts. The distribution function is strongly smeared almost all over the range of levels of perception. While approximately half of the respondents are characterized by positive attitude to internal contradictions. This suggests that positive role of conflicts associated with the resolution of problems of an appropriate level subconsciously affects on estimates. A few unexpected results were obtained by a comparison of the perception of conflicts ""the Desire-the Desire"" and ""Avoidance-Avoidance"". Distribution function for the problem of the choice of two positive options is being shifted to the left, in the negative direction, compared with the function for a choice of two unattractive possibilities. The work has shown the promising use of such figure as the affective perception for researching of intrapersonal conflict. The obtained results possess as General methodical so purely situational, specific significances.

  • To a question of an assessment of an exit of wood at the mechanized assortment harvesting

    The article shows that for more effective planning of forest harvesting operations logging companies require a tool that would assess the amount of industrial bucked wood produced on a сutting area by size, by groups and by timber species. It is so because data available on material and monetary value cut markedly differ from the actual results of the complex harvesting machines working, which are reflected in the summary statement of wood assortments acceptance.

  • Analysis of methods of resource conservation in the road transport complex

    The analysis of existing methods of water use when applied galvanic coatings in the automobile transport sector. It is established that under the existing schemes of water use in the galvanic production wastewater after cleaning goes into the sewer, keeping the risk of contamination of open reservoirs. In such circumstances, the most effective is the use of system of the closed water cycle, which with the help of automatic control allows to take into account changes in the concentration of substances laundered in the washing baths providing the required quality of washing parts with a minimum consumption of water resources.

  • Results of the analysis of satellite data on the water surface temperature of the White Sea

    The article presents the results of the analysis of satellite information on the water surface temperature of the White Sea. Satellite data with a spatial resolution of 0.011°, obtained by the sensors of the satellites Auqa, Terra, NOAA-18, Coriolis and a time step of 1 day are used. With the help of an automated algorithm, a daily series of mean values ​​of water surface temperature values ​​of the White Sea averaged over the water area was formed.

  • Identification of the alpha rhythms in the signals of the human brain electrical activity

    Methods of identification of alpha rhythms of the brain are considered. The identification process is rather laborious due to the strong noisiness of the electroencephalograms and their variability. In the article it is proposed to use the ""Caterpillar"" method or the method of singular-spectral analysis, which allows for a more qualitative analysis of different time series, in comparison with the widespread traditional methods.

  • Synchronization system in circuits with a high degree of integration

    The crosstalk level increases with increasing degree of circuit integration. At the same time, requirements to their noise immunity increase. The increase in the amplitude of the pulse signals is a simple and effective method to improve noise immunity. The article discusses the synchronization system with the global distribution of low-voltage clock signal and a local increase in the amplitude using drivers with increasing voltage. Proposed technical solutions allow to set the amplitude of the clock signal individually for each functional unit.

  • Some aspects of motor and railway transport in Russia.

    Abstract: this article describes a comparative analysis of key figures of motor and railway transport over the period from 1928 to 2016 years. The main tendency and trends are illustrated by graphs, constructed from available accumulated statistics. The article emphasizes the role of strategic planning in accordance with the transport system developing of the Russian Federation in general and by mode of transport. The article provides some data, reflecting the actual state of elements of motor and railway transport systems. According to the author’s opinion, there is a list of strategic objectives of the development of the transport system: general aspects of the amortization policy development in transport area; accelerated amortization for certain types of transport; motor vehicles unification to provide easy dock when you overload on other transport modes, balance of infrastructure characteristics of transport modes in trans-shipment zones ; the new tariff policy, producing an impact on the distribution of traffic in accordance with transport modes; a common development program of the transport system with the elaboration of key points of interaction.

  • Usage of threshold data sharing in split transmittion scheme based on a bit masks method

    The work is dedicated to the method of threshold separation of digital data, based on the use of bit masks, and evaluated the possibility of its use in the divided transmission data. According to the data split transmission scheme the sender divides the original data into several parts which are independently transmitted via various communication channels, and the receiver reconstructs the original data from parts transmitted. The split transmission can be used to increase the speed of communication or its reliability, as well as to ensure the privacy of transmitted data due to the complication of the problem of interception of multiple communications channels. The requirements for the threshold methods of data sharing for their use in the split transmission are formulated the correspondence between the bit masks method and the advanced requirements is analyzed. An algorithm for using the bit masks method for transferring confidential information in a split transmission system is developed.

  • Parametric identification of control system with a feedback based on neural network processes modeling

    Results of research on control object identification based on neural network processes modeling are given. Model of object with control system is represented with a dynamic neural network and regulator model. Regulator function is known. Neural network is trained on the data of control object operating. The resulting model simulate the behavior of the system and lets us find the system’s output, including outputs for periodic test influences. By the resulting complex frequency response we find the parameters of the channel. Observed objects represent technological processes with continuous production. We show an example of identification for laboratory control object channel.

  • About contamination by fine dust PM10 ambient air of Kabul

    The article presents the results of studies conducted by the national agency of Afghanistan on ecology and environmental protection and Russian authors of studies on the assessment of air pollution in the city of Kabul. An analysis was carried out for the formation of information on the state of air quality in the city of Kabul, when considering its street-road network as a source of chemical pollution of the air environment. A mathematical model of the dependence of the concentration of fine dust (PM10) on three factors: the speed of wind, humidity and temperature in the winter months of the city of Kabul.

  • Detection of a violation of electricity metering of the consumer

    The method is considered for seaching a single-phase or three-phase electricity meter with the radio control module installed in it. With the help of this module, the consumer of electric energy has the opportunity to disconnect the pecking motor of the electric meter. These actions are allow you not take into consideration actually consumed elecrtrical energy. This module is installed by the consumer illegally and when a network organization detects this , they make an act about unaccounted electric power consumption. The method is based on the measurement of the intaking power of the volt circuit by the maser gage CE601 of the analyzing counter of electrical power CE 101, with the mechanical counting mechanism. Herewith, the consumer's loading is switched off by supply feeders. This method is allow to draw the conclusions about the presence of embedded non-factory devices without disconnecting of the electricity meter from the network ( time saving ).

  • A choice of the optimal method for implementation of training control tool using analytic hierarchy process

    Web application building is used in implementation of different systems and tools when users need to be able to work at a distance using different computers. Training control tools where mainstream users are students and teachers participating in e-learning and blended learning are one of these tools. There are different types of web application building methods which have some advantages and disadvantages according to a set of criteria. A problem of multicriterion choice of the optimal solution occurs when choosing the web application building method for implementation of training control tool. Three web application building methods such as: method based on using compiled and compiled-interpreted language, method based on using interpreted script language and method based on using content management system and content construction kit are determined in the paper. A set of basic criteria including: web application building simplicity, web application building speed, experiences and support was defined. Analytic hierarchy process was used in choosing the optimal web application building method. The method allowed defining optimal web application building method for implementation of training control tool: method based on using interpreted script language.

  • Optimization of technological process of manufacturing coils for SWG based on the concept of lean manufacturing

    The paper considers the optimization of technological process of manufacturing of the coils of the steam generator based on the concept of lean manufacturing. The analysis of the manufacturing process of the coils revealed problems: the yield of the pipe after conversion of the bending machine, large inventory of finished tubes, stored on the stocks vertical storage (racks), loss of time for travel, due to the placement site of flexible pipes in different spans, continuous changeover. To solve these problems were applied the principles of lean production. As a result of the optimization was able to reduce WIP 70%, to reduce logistics and remoteness of workplaces in the production flow by 10 times, reduce the time of processes for the conversion of 2 times, to reduce the risk of traces of mechanical damages on the surface of the coils.
