  • Typological approach in the study of international transport-logistics corridors

International transport-logistics corridors represent the most optimal routes in terms of structure and direction for the spatial movement of goods by various modes of transport. The routes of international transport-logistics corridors pass through the most rational directions. International transport-logistics corridors are the result of integration of the transport systems of neighboring countries into a common single common route. They pursue the goal of ensuring sustainable and reliable transportation of goods both between the countries participating in international transport and logistics corridors, and in the direction of other countries. This ensures the economic efficiency of joint transportation of goods. Therefore, international transport -logistics corridors perform an important transit function, ensuring the passage of large trade and logistics flows. In order to systematize various types of international transport and logistics corridors, their typology is being carried out. The authors of this article consider various types of international transport-logistics corridors, identified according to the most important criteria. According to the purposes of creation and the economic functions performed, transit, developing and trade international transport and logistics corridors were identified. According to the type of communication carried out, the corridors are represented by various types of land, water and air transport. On a spatial basis, trans-European, pan-European corridors, trans-Asian and North American corridors are distinguished. According to the type of transportation, corridors are classified into freight, passenger and cargo-passenger. Depending on the ratio of the parties involved, the corridors are two-sided, unequal and one-sided.

  • Statement of dynamic tasks of quality management in the organizational and economic system in the conditions of corruption

Difference games settings of the two-level and three-level dynamic quality management in an organizational-economic system with corruption are proposed. A quality indicator is considered as a state variable that changes in time due to a dynamic equation. A satisfaction of some quality requirements is obligatory, in the three-level model penalties are charged otherwise. The paper develops a concept of modeling of corruption in the hierarchical control systems from the point of view of the necessary conditions of sustainable development. Some hypotheses of model identification are discussed.

  • Information-analytical system for supporting of the process of examination of the thyroid gland using ultrasound DOI 10.29039/2073-8633-2022-10-16

In modern conditions, the healthcare system is going through a stage of active implementation of information and analytical tools. In the regions contaminated with radionuclides as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, activities for the prevention, detection and management of cases of thyroid diseases are of particular importance. Modern formalized methods of analysis, such as methods for searching for association rules, clustering using self-organizing maps, have sufficient functionality and effectiveness to be introduced as sources of new knowledge about the signs of thyroid diseases. In this paper, the authors consider the stages and results of developing a software package for information and analytical support for the process of examining the thyroid gland using ultrasound.

  • Managing calendar and network schedules of construction in an unstable world

A modernized approach to project management using calendar and network planning is proposed, in particular, the issue of managing schedules in conditions of uncertainty is touched upon. The proposed approach allows us to take into account the factors influencing the timing of the project and, based on their consideration, take appropriate measures to ensure that we do not deviate from the specified construction deadlines. The proposed approach is based on the methods of Eisenhower matrices, which allow taking into account the degree of influence (vertically) and importance (horizontally) of each of the criteria, and the methods of subject-oriented management, which allow to exclude subjectivism in conditions of uncertainty by excluding manipulations of the external environment, and also include procedures for ranking and selecting factors influencing expert decision-making.

  • The concept of the formation of projective thinking during intellectual activity in the sixth techno-economic paradigm

The paper discusses the role of humanitarian education in the organizational system in training technical specialists in accordance with the movement towards the sixth techno-economic paradigm. The question is raised about the need to create in the conditions of digitalization, new mechanisms for training and making managerial decisions. The need for creation and development of a new type of thinking, namely projective thinking in the techno-humanitarian environment, is proved. It will increase the enterprise performance. As a result, the main sciences of humanistics were described and the relationships between them were determined, a scheme of direct and reverse projective control was drawn up, and possible ways to achieve the result were described. A conclusion has been drawn regarding the projection of humanitarian values on the technical aspects of thinking.

  • The algorithm of the method for assessing the city areas infrastructure shortage

The development of algorithms for solving problems of urban transport system management is an actual scientific and practical task. The absence of socio-economic facilities in the area of urban residents contributes to an increase in the of the cars use intensity. This situation contributes to traffic congestion. The article considers the methodic for assessing the infrastructure deficit for the transport districts of the city. The methodic provides for the development of dynamic maps, which are obtained on the basis of a survey of the city's population throughout the year. The information is generated and structured in the database, and if there is a request, it is processed and displayed as an infographic. For example, on the city map, the objects of interest are indicated by a symbol, pedestrian and transport accessibility to these objects for residents of a particular section of the city is marked in different colors.

  • The solving problems logic when searching for urban mobility reserves

The article considers the solution of the scientific and practical problem of reducing the intensity of the use of personal passenger transport. To do this , the search for reserves of urban mobility is carried out . Cities with a population of no more than one million people are considered. It is assumed that the urban public transport system is represented only by bus transport. A practical method of searching for reserves of urban mobility is proposed, in which municipalities, business communities, science, production, and education are supposed to be involved. The proposed solutions are based on logistics methods. Examples of solutions: development of Internet aggregators for renting bicycles and personal mobility equipment, organization of storage facilities for personal mobility equipment, and more. Based on this method, you can create a module for an automated workplace of the transport division specialist of the city administration.
